Texas Cornhole Games uses the highest quality 3/4”cabinet grade Baltic Birch plywood for the playing surface and we use a process called direct print for the graphics. All the corners are rounded as well as the edges to help protect bags against damage. Everything is assembled using glue and pocket holes from the underside. There are no exposed screws or nails on our boards. Each set is built to the regulation size of 2'x4' and sits at 12" high in the rear with a 6" hole that is 9" on center.
